Start with a clear photo that you love. Faces and important details should be in focus. You must upload at least one photo before adding your canvas to the bag. You can send a larger original by email or WhatsApp with your order number.

Once your payment is confirmed, our studio picks up your order and your artist begins painting from your photo and notes. We’ll email you when painting begins and when your package’s tracking details are ready.

Yes. Every painting is 100% hand-painted by an artist, from the first brushstroke to the last, using real oil paint on canvas and your photograph as the reference. Your finished oil painting is beautifully framed in the USA, in the frame you choose.

We plan to ship your order within two weeks. Shipping transit time comes after production and is additional to this window. If we need another photo or more information to create your painting, our studio will contact you directly.

Not at all. Family photos, weddings, pets, a meaningful place, a favorite adventure, or a loved one you want to remember—each deserves a beautiful hand-painted oil painting.

Each painting is made especially for you. Custom orders are final sale once placed, so we do not accept voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. Contact the studio promptly about a cancellation or change; approval is not guaranteed.
