Hand-painted from your photos
Upload photos you own or have permission to use, and include your instructions when ordering. After payment, your artist creates your painting directly from those photos and instructions. Every painting is 100% hand-painted by artists with real oil paint on canvas. Your painting is beautifully framed in the USA.
Your order
The size and frame you select are recorded with your order. Colors may appear slightly different across screens and materials. Include any specific details or requirements with your order. Screen and material variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from what was agreed.
Custom orders are final sale
Once placed, custom orders are not eligible for voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. Contact the studio promptly if you wish to request a change or cancellation; acceptance is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by us. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains this policy and how we handle damage, defects, incorrect items and failure to supply an order. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Production and delivery
Our dispatch target is within two weeks. Delivery transit time is additional. We email you when painting begins and provide tracking when the finished painting ships. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. We do not treat a final-sale order as a waiver of these rights.
Photos and order information
We use the photos and information you provide to prepare, produce and fulfill your artwork, communicate with you and maintain the necessary order records. See Your photos, thoughtfully handled for information about how we handle this data.
